Consuming too much dairy products in your diet can cause constipation, therefore it is healthy to moderate the number of times you consume products like cheese and butter. On the other hand, fresh milk, soar milk and yoghurts are on the other hand helpful in your diet.
Increased intake of water and other fluids in your diet will greatly prevent you from suffering from constipation. It is therefore so important to make it a habit consuming enough of fluids in your diet. Fluids simply prevents your stool from being dry and firm hence making the disposal simpler.
